"I was trying to order printer..."
I was trying to order printer ink and got a bit stuck because I wasn’t completely sure I had the right one. The person on chat was genuinely helpful, checked the product code for me, and didn’t make it awkward or make me feel like I should’ve known already.
The order went through without any issues after that and it turned up when expected. For something like printer ink, I don’t need anything fancy, but when you’re unsure, good customer service really does make a difference. 5 stars from me

"Decent prints, but my gut says they could be quicker"
I used Ryman to print some work flyers and a few documents. The staff were friendly and seemed to know what they were doing, but it took a bit longer than I’d expected. One batch also came out with colours that felt a little dull to me — not terrible, just not quite as sharp as I’d hoped. Overall, it was fine, but my instinct is I’d use them for basic printing rather than anything too urgent or colour-sensitive.

"Honestly, click and collect was easy"
I ordered a few bits from Ryman using click and collect it was straightforward. I got the email when everything was ready, and the staff found my order quickly once I was in store. The only small thing was that the pickup area wasn’t super clear, so I had to ask someone where to go. Apart from that though, no issues at all and I’d use it again.

"The box showed up tidy..."
The box showed up tidy, which was a relief because I’m always a little worried about getting fooled by something that looks sketchy. There was maybe a bit too much tape on it, but overall the packaging was decent.

Returning it was simple, and my refund came through quicker than I thought it would. There were maybe one or two tiny things that could’ve been smoother, but nothing that really bothered me.

"Got sorted in the end, just slower than I’d hoped"
One of the items in my Ryman order turned up damaged, which was a bit frustrating. My brain immediately went, “Right, this is going to be a hassle,” especially once I realised I’d need to chase it up.
To be fair, customer service did sort it and sent out a replacement, so I can’t complain too much. I just wish the replies had been a bit quicker and I didn’t have to repeat myself, because that’s the part that made it feel more annoying than it needed to be.

"Delivery was slower than I expected"
I ordered a few office bits from Ryman because the website made it sound like delivery would be quick. I’m not trying to be dramatic about it, but it definitely took longer than I was expecting, and not getting much of an update for a few days was frustrating.
To be fair, the items were all fine when they eventually turned up, so I can’t complain about the actual products. I just don’t think I’d order online again if I needed something urgently, because the delivery side really needs to be a bit more reliable.

"Just felt like the easiest option"
I needed printer paper and a diary in a bit of a rush, and my first instinct was to check Ryman online. Luckily, I could see my local store had both in stock, so I just popped in during lunch and grabbed them with no hassle. It’s one of those shops that feels really convenient when you just need to get something sorted quickly, especially with the stock checker online.

"Really helpful staff, honestly"
I popped into the store needing to find something quickly, and the staff were genuinely so helpful. They pointed me in the right direction straight away, were really friendly, and didn’t make a big deal out of it at all. That’s the kind of service you hope for, right?

"Found most of what I needed, eventually"
I ordered from Ryman and did manage to find the main things I was after, so that was good. A few bits were showing as out of stock or not available for delivery though, which was a bit frustrating when I was trying to get everything in one go. Typical me, I’ve mostly forgotten the smooth parts and just remember the stock issue! Checkout was easy enough, and what arrived was perfectly fine. I just wish the stock info was a bit more reliable

"Checkout was such a hassle"
I tried to place an order, and I gave it a fair chance, but the checkout kept freezing right after I entered my payment details. I went back a couple of times thinking maybe it was something on my end, but then my basket randomly changed for no obvious reason. There wasn’t even a proper error message, just a blank page. At that point I didn’t really see why I should keep trying, so I gave up and ordered from somewhere else. Really frustrating waste of time.

"I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but..."
I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but I was relieved after trying everything out. The notebook paper feels nice and sturdy, and the pens write smoothly. It’s not absolutely perfect, but overall it’s good quality and I’m mostly happy with it...

I can pretty much always find what I need here, whether it’s pens, printer bits, or just the usual office stuff. There’s a good range, and it’s never really a hassle.

"I’d say the website gets the job done..."
I’d say the website gets the job done if you’re looking for stationery, but it feels a little clunky to me. Sometimes the pages are slow, and the search results don’t always match what I had in mind, which can be a bit frustrating. That said, checkout was straightforward, so overall it wasn’t a bad experience.
